Every Maya structure varies in height, usually depending on what substance is placed at the top of the structure.
The steps of these buildings were usually rather wide and steep, with them usually being build on one or more side and sometimes
the steps were placed on the back side of the top of the building so plenty of space was there if needed. Most building,
especially temples, had two chambers with one being behind the other.
Artistic elements were not something that was commonly done on their structures, but it was something the Maya did to
the outside of their buildings on occasion.
